Ingredients
1 package linguine
5 tablespoons butter
1 pint of fresh cherry tomatoes
3 tablespoons fresh freeman herbs organic basil, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh freeman herbs organic oregano, chopped
3 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/3 cup of pasta water.
Return linguine to the hot pot.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter to a large skillet and heat over medium-high.
Add tomatoes and cook, don’t forget to stir frequently for about 5 minutes or the tomatoes look slightly charred or begin to burst.
Add the tomatoes, remaining butter, oregano, and basil into the pot and toss with the pasta.
Add in some of the pasta water if desired.
Garnish with basil, oregano, and parmesan cheese if desired.
