Garlic Thyme Buttered Steak

Directions:


Start by preparing your steaks. Pat dry with paper towel and let sit at room temperature for roughly 20 minutes. Salt and pepper on all sides and rub the seasonings into the meat.


Add your high-heat oil to your skillet/pan. Get your pan really hot.


Cook the steaks according to your cut and desired doneness. Flip every minute for an even cook.


During the last 3-5 minutes of cooking, add in your butter, garlic and thyme.


Butter baste your steaks using a spoon, and then let rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
