Ingredients
1 cup fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Macho Peppers
Directions
Wash and dry Macho Peppers, and cut off the stem. You can either leave peppers whole or cut them in half lengthwise.
Preheat your oven to 200°F. Place your peppers on a cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
Place cookie sheet in the oven and let dry for 1-3 hours.
Once dry and brittle, transfer to a food processor and pulse until the flakes reach the desired size. (if you do not have a food processor you can use a bowl and a heavy wooden spoon or a mortar and pestle)
Transfer to a jar and enjoy in any recipe!
