Not always do we give ourselves time to disconnect and indulge ourselves in ‘me- time’.
Use this foot soak to be able to help you shed that stress off your shoulders and hit the reset button.

Feel free to change up the herbs and the amounts in this DIY to suit you.
Some other great options are;
- mint
- lemon balm
- chamomile
- lavender
- basil
Many of these herbs aren't just great for their smell, but they have healing properties!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Epsom Salt
1 tablespoons olive oil or sweet almond oil
4-5 sprigs worth of fresh Freeman Herbs organic thyme leaves
2 sprigs worth of fresh Freeman Herbs organic rosemary leaves
hot water
Directions:
In a small basin/tub or foot bath, combine the Epsom salt, oil, and herbs.
Fill the container about 1/3 of the way with hot water and let the herbs steep and the water is cooled enough to be comfortable.
Soak feet for 20-30 minutes (optional, once done soaking, use a pumice stone to remove dead skin to leave your feet feeling smoother.)
Towel dry your feet and enjoy the state of relaxation!
