Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Rosemary, stems removed
1/2 cup fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Sage, stems removes
2 tablespoons fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Thyme, stems removed
1 tablespoon fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Oregano, stems removed
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
1/2 cup fine sea salt
Directions
Start by washing all your herbs and ensure you dry them well.
Add all your ingredients, minus the salt, into a food processor and blend until all ingredients are roughly the same size.
In a small bowl, pour in your mixture and add in your sea salt. Mix well until combined.
Transfer into a jar with a tight lid (a mason jar works great for this DIY!)
Optional; if you are gifting this fresh BBQ Salt Rub, feel free to add twine to the neck of the jar and add a little tag labeled "BBQ SALT RUB".
