Berry and Sage smoothie

Ingredients


This recipe yields one serving (about 16 ounces )

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 pint blackberries

  • ¾ cup of coconut water

  • Juice from ¼ a lemon

  • 4 large fresh Freeman Herbs Organic Sage leaves, chopped


Directions


Combine all your ingredients into your blender of choice and blend until smooth.


Serve in a glass of your choice


Garnish with a sprig of sage and a few blackberries or blueberries.
